2023 Membership Options & Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are pro-rata if membership commences after 1 January (except Junior Members Under 13, and Handicap Members)
If subscriptions are pro-rata, full NZ Golf and Wellington Golf levies will still be payable on top of pro-rata subscriptions
Fortnightly or monthly payment plans available, subject to a $30 per annum administration fee
Full Membership $860
Full club membership, unlimited Golf & FootGolf.
Summer Member $530
Membership during daylight saving period only, unlimited Golf & FootGolf. Some limits on competition play.
Country Member $480
Permanent residence outside Wairarapa, maximum 2 rounds per month of Golf & FootGolf. May be reduced to account for affiliation fees / levies already paid elsewhere. Some limits on competition play.
Associate Member $605
If you already belong to a NZ golf club and would also like 18 hole membership at Carterton Golf Club, please ask about associate membership. May be reduced to account for affiliation fees / levies already paid elsewhere.
9 Hole / Elevenses $445
9 holes Golf per day, any day of week, unlimited FootGolf.
Young Adult $575
A special 18-hole membership available to those aged 20-29 inclusive. Unlimited Golf and FootGolf.
Teen (13-19 years) $160
Aged under 19 as at 01 January; unlimited Golf & FootGolf.
Junior (0-12 years) $80
Aged under 13 as at 01 January; unlimited Golf & FootGolf. Free participation in all junior training sessions and / or holiday programs.
Membership fees are not pro-rata based on when you join, its a flat fee as a result of the free value-adds available to our junior members.
Handicap Member $110
You get a NZ Golf handicap maintained by Carterton Golf Club, you will be issued with a membership card with a Carterton Golf Club membership number. You will have no membership rights whatsoever, other than a handicap. All Golf and FootGolf played at Carterton Golf Club will be subject to the payment of green fees as specified by the Committee from time to time.
Membership renews annually on the date of joining, not on 1 January each year. Thus, a full subscription will always be payable. If you do not pay your renewal subscription on time, your membership will immediately be terminated, your handicap on the DotGolf system will be deactivated, and there will be a $20 reactivation fee if you subsequently renew your membership by paying your subscriptions.
Social Member $30
No Golf or FootGolf play, access to all other club facilities.
Senior Member $600
A closed historical category of membership.
Visiting Member
Golf / FootGolf play for the day based on green fees paid, access to all club facilities.
